Breakfast
You draw your bedroom curtains, the sun is rising over the mountains. There has been fresh snow overnight and the sky is clear blue. Downstairs your chalet host is preparing your breakfast. On offer will be a continental breakfsat with fruit, yoghurts, fresh warm croissants, bread, butter and jam. If you prefer there is also a cooked breakfast available. All of this is served with fresh orange juice, and plentiful tea or filter coffee. The choice is yours.This will truly prepare you for a day in the mountains.
Afternoon Tea
On your return to the chalet you are welcomed back with afternoon tea and freshly baked homemade cakes.
Dinner
Mixers and soft drinks are supplied for your pre dinner drinks.
The evening meal is a four-course dinner, served with unlimited wine.

Canapes
Bacon and goats cheese salad
Pan fried Salmon served on a bed of rosti and green beans, with hollandaise sauce
Pannacotta, served with a fruit compote
Coffee and Chocolates
Our menus vary from week to week and if you have any special requirements (perhaps it is someone's birthday during your trip, or members of the party have special dietary requirements) then just let us know. Please do this in your personal login area.
Your chalet host has one day off, this gives you a chance to sample the excellent restaurants, perhaps even take a skidoo to mountain restaurants and then toboggan down after dinner.
