Should you choose to proceed with a booking, your details will be added to our system. You are able to update these at anytime through our website. You will be contacted two weeks before departure to ensure that the information we have is up to date and correct, in order to pass on to our resort team.
Once you arrive in Verbier the resort team will be on hand to ensure that you have the best holiday you possibly can. The team is headed up by a manager and each chalet has a dedicated representative, who who will meet you on arrival and assist with ski hire and any lesson requirements that you may have, as well as collecting your lift passes and ensuring that they are in your chalet ready for skiing on your first morning. They will visit you again during the week to ensure everything is as it should be. A duty manager is on hand 24 hours a day, should you require.
Once inside the chalet you will be looked after by our hosts. They are discreet and extremely proficient, having all completed a formal cookery course. If you are staying in one of the premier chalets you will be cooked for by a professional chef, who will have experience in some of the best restaurants of the world.
